Role responsibilities
What you will do
- Support website and product catalogue administration
- Assist with digital content and promotional activities
- Support customer communication and routine documentation
- Use modern digital tools for day-to-day commerce operations
- Coordinate assigned digital-commerce activities under management guidance
Eligibility
Who we are looking for
- Graduates may apply; freshers are welcome
- Practical computer and communication skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam and English
- Willingness to learn website and e-commerce operations
- Previous relevant experience is desirable but not mandatory
After the probation
Placement conditions
On successful completion of the six-month probationary training period, candidates may be considered for suitable positions based on performance, organisational requirements and management approval. Placement is not automatic or guaranteed.
